Short description of the Clinical Team
The Clinical team is responsible for designing and executing of the cutting edge clinical trial for patients suffering from neurodegenerative disorders with high unmet medical need.
Main responsibilities of the role
Take ownership of clinical and product development documentation, ensuring well-structured, inspection-ready filing and TMF oversight.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, study sites, and external partners to drive timely and compliant documentation across clinical studies.
Support sponsor oversight and day-to-day execution of VectorY-sponsored clinical trials.
Enable smooth clinical project operations through document review, meeting coordination, registry submissions (e.g. ClinicalTrials.gov), and study tracking.
Play a key role in inspection readiness, quality documentation, and SOP support.
Contribute to budget tracking and financial oversight for clinical studies.
Stay at the forefront of GCP, Quality, and Regulatory standards to ensure excellence and compliance.
Apply scientific insight and literature awareness to strengthen study design and execution.
Skills and Qualifications:
Fluent in English, with good oral and written communication skills.
Skilled at multitasking, meeting deadlines, and working effectively.
Effective in both office and remote (home) working, including a high level of self-motivation, discipline and problem-solving.
Must be able to apply independent thinking, organizational abilities and strong discipline in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with computer programs including Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
