VectorY combines the potential of antibodies and gene therapy to develop long-lasting therapeutic solutions for disease areas of high unmet medical need. Founded in August 2020, and based in the Amsterdam Science Park, VectorY is a fully integrated gene therapy company focused on the development of innovative therapeutics.

With R&D and manufacturing facilities in Amsterdam, VectorY develops proprietary & partnered programs based on its novel AAV-based vectorized antibody gene therapy platform. Product candidates are based on next generation vector technologies, which will enable a proprietary and highly scalable manufacturing process within VectorY’s own manufacturing facilities.

The VectorY Internship Program

The internship program at VectorY provides an opportunity to gain practical experience working within the biotech industry with relevant scientific experts. We offer 6 months (or longer) graduation internships with flexible start dates depending on the requirements of your degree course within our R&D, vector development and process development groups. Relevant study courses include biochemistry, biotechnology, molecular biology (or an associated subject).

Intern activities will typically include a technical project, depending on the requirements of your program. Due to the nature of the role, you may be asked to assist with other activities within VectorY laboratories after appropriate training has been completed.
