Short description of the position

We are searching for a talented and experienced (Senior) Scientist Vectorized Antibodies  / Technology development to join our dynamic research team. As a (Senior) Scientist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing scientific research projects. Your expertise will contribute to the advancement of our organization's goals and objectives.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting experiments, analyzing data, writing reports, and presenting findings to internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible to collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute high-quality experiments, as well as 2 Technicians in the established research projects. Additionally, you will stay updated with the latest scientific advancements and technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.

 

Main responsibilities of the role

  • Conduct experiments and research projects to support the advancement of scientific knowledge.

  • Analyze and interpret experimental data using statistical tools and techniques.

  • Prepare written reports, research articles, and presentations for internal and external audiences.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute research projects.

  • Train and mentor junior scientists, technicians, students, providing guidance and support throughout their professional development.

  • Stay updated with the latest scientific on topic advancements and technologies in the field.

  • Comply with safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in a related scientific discipline (e.g., Immunology, Life sciences, Neurodegeneration or Antibody field).

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a biotech related Scientist research role.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in imaging data analysis software on cell lines and iPS cell types.

  • Experience in using virus/AAVs to be used for genetic payload into cells.

  • In vivo experience is a plus.

  • Proven ability to design and execute experiments independently.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in leading research teams.

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of scientific principles and methodologies.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
